Fateless are a community-driven gaming studio, set to release their brand-new game, Godforge, in 2027. They create immersive experiences, building inclusive and engaging spaces for all gamers to get involved. There was a huge amount of hype for this new launch, and we couldn’t wait to be part of the action.

At Squarebird, we were massively excited to work on such a brilliant project, that we knew would quickly be seen by thousands of keen gamers.

Being involved in the creation of the Fateless brand and website from the ground up has been an incredibly rewarding experience, especially as someone so interested in the gaming industry! From the initial concept sketches to the final design elements, I had the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a studio and a game – something I could only ever dream of. Seeing the project evolve with the team and knowing that my work is going to be seen by so many is truly fulfilling.

The delivery.

The new website was set to launch alongside the announcement of the new game, Godforge, providing their fans and members with a hub for press releases, podcasts, and game-related news.

We began working with the team in 2023, forging a logo to help them with the platform’s initial launch. The Fateless team came back to us in 2024 to work on a brand-new website, ready to begin the promo for Godforge.

Since then, our graphic designers and web development team have worked together to create a new, immersive website. We furthered the bespoke look with in-game assets, elevating the website and creating a space reflective of the great things Fateless plan to achieve.

The result.

The project’s backers have already seen a visible return on investment since the launch in early August. With a platform to improve their brand awareness, build a beta sign-up and mailing list, and promote their Discord, their growth truly has no bounds. Since launch, the site has amassed over 12,000 beta sign ups, and the number keeps growing!
