Introduction

Working with INTOHEAT Ltd’s board of Directors, we set about reviewing the organisation’s marketing activity and overall marketing strategy following a period of significant growth, where bold actions were required in order for the company to remain competitive for top level contracts.

 

The Plan

Upon developing a document that outlined the company vision, mission and strategy that was agreed on by the directors, we began to work to translate the core values of the business into a brand guideline. This exercise helped logically inform the development of the website and onsite brand presence.

Development & Implementation

We conducted a comprehensive review of INTOHEAT’s past projects in order to present accurate, clear and consistent case studies of work completed by the company over the last 25 years. With the help of all the staff at INTOHEAT, this extensive research exercise enabled us to produce sound cases which both substantiate the website and reinforce the organisation’s new, leading position within the South-West independent M&E industry; precisely what their target market is looking for.

 

The Results

By combining the outputs from our research exercises and marketing strategy sessions with fresh graphic design and creative photography, we were able to produce a modern, solid and resourceful website that reflects INTOHEAT’s skills and experience within the industry. We now manage INTOHEAT’s ongoing marketing activity and are currently developing an online portal for staff to use their new website.
