Since late 2016, we have been working with PureComms to improve the performance of their digital marketing, which included creating a new website, brand guidelines, marketing collateral and overhauling the graphical representation of the business throughout their social media profiles.
With the organisation bigger than ever, and continuing to grow at pace and posting record turnover figures, it was important for the Directors and CEO to take the next step towards building an even stronger, professional and consistent brand that reflected their level of capacity and quality in the digital world.
Developing the brand, website and SEO strategy
After a brand development workshop, it was decided that in order to strengthen the brand and ensure consistent application of the PureComms style, developing a simple set of brand guidelines was required for both their internal staff and external supplier to adhere to. This set the precedent going forward and paved the way for a strong and consistently branded website.
The importance of personality
PureComms really are different to any other communications firm, and with their offices also a registered pet store and home to hundreds of exotic animals, it was important to reflect their personality in the new website. This was achieved by spending time on site.
We were also on hand to direct and overlook the development of content to optimise chances of excellent positions in the search engine, as well as help to inform a unique SEO strategy for the website going forward.
PureComms are now owners of a bright and engaging website that responds well to different devices, showcases their range of case studies across different industries and utilises video and imagery to reflect the personality of their business alongside their range of services.
