As Europe’s largest supplier of anti-slip decking, Gripsure has products for every outdoor project, supplying the likes of Edinburgh Zoo, Samsung Offices, and West Midlands Safari Park. Gripsure have experienced extensive growth over the past ten years and wanted to change focus to their B2B market, attracting architects, specifiers, property developers and more.
They came to Squarebird needing a website that better reflected who they are as a business now, provided a better user journey for their audience, and made room for the next step in their offering – timber cladding.
A Gripping Concept.
We started with the discovery phase, mapping out the scope of the project, target audiences, key messages, services and product offerings, along with Gripsure’s goals for the future. They needed a brochure website that increased brand awareness and attracted clients, showcasing their products, case studies, culture, and values, ultimately demonstrating what Gripsure has to offer in a digestible format.
Aided by the client’s pre-existing brand guidelines, we set to work on visuals. Two style tiles were developed that showed different ways we could widen the view of Gripsure’s brand. The first was a cleaner concept which allowed more clear space for content to breathe, while the second made use of large imagery and textures that gave the impression of the reliable grip of their decking. Collaboratively, we combined elements of both styles to create the final look: lucid, yet visually captivating.
No Slip Ups.
Imagery, video, and copy acquired, we began the site build to really bring their products to life. Lead generation was a key focus for this site, creating opportunities for audiences at varying stages of the buyer’s journey to get in touch, request samples, or find out more information on products. The website was built with SEO in mind, setting up for success with both the user and Google’s search engine. We made the site easy to manage, allowing for seamless updates on Gripsure’s future projects, news, and products.
